“I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.
I will bless those who bless you,
…all peoples on earth
will be blessed through you.”
Genesis 12:2-3
Last week we began a new series called “Everyday Rhythms”. We looked at the promise God made to Abram, a promise that we inherit through our faith in Jesus. If you missed last Sunday, it’s not too late to catch up. (watch here)
This weekend we’ll begin to unpack the five ways you can bless the people around you. I hope you’ll join us as we look at the starting point to blessing the people around us, people who are far from God but close to us. We are going to look through the book of Acts to see how the first church became a blessing to people around them. From their story we are going to discover how to be a blessing in our story. Are you ready to become a blessing?
Don’t forget to make your list of 7 people who will be your focus to bless over the next 7 weeks. This Sunday I’m going to introduce you to one simple way you can begin blessing those 7 people in your everyday rhythms. It’s a very simple action you were created to take!
See you Sunday!
